| Περίληψη: | To emphasize the importance of technologies in the learning process, we focus on gamification tools and their characteristics, with the purpose of understanding at what stage teachers apply them within the ERCA model. The study proposes an analysis of the use of these technological tools at the "Beatriz Cueva de Ayora" High School, using a quantitative approach and an exploratory-descriptive scope, for this purpose, questionnaires were used as data collection instruments, with the objective of inquiring about their use by teachers, their implementation in the classroom and the most used ones, especially highlighting the importance of the characteristics of the tools which are graphic design and question and answer games in the teaching-learning process. Teachers believe that these tools not only capture the attention of students, but also facilitate the understanding of concepts and promote active participation in learning, as well as encourage the development of critical thinking and problem solving, essential aspects for the integral growth of students, their implementation in the classroom and most used tools.
