| Zusammenfassung: | The present Curricular Integration Work entitled: "Comparative Study of Criminal Policy in the control of the possession of White Weapons used in criminal acts", is due to the interest in investigating and carrying out an analysis based on the strong increase in observable crime produced by the use of bladed weapons in Ecuadorian society, which causes high rates of homicides, robberies produced with violence, among many other crimes that can be committed with the use of these objects, which leads to the violation of security public mainly and consequently the non-existence of living in a state of peace. The study carried out shows that bladed weapons used in criminal acts affect the entire society since they produce insecurity in citizens, therefore, they are not found fulfilling the duty of the State to safeguard security through the different faculties , and when the State does not achieve effective results in the fight against the use of bladed weapons in criminal acts, crime acquires greater power, further aggravating the problem over time. This is reflected in the indices that show an increase in the cases of arms seizures, as well as in the alarming number of homicides and robberies that occur daily. The presence of such a significant crime in the country requires determined action to combat it, it is essential to implement effective policies and measures that can control the possession and use of bladed weapons in criminal acts, which implies strengthening control mechanisms, promoting the and awareness about the danger and consequences of the use of these weapons, as well as promoting social prevention and rehabilitation actions, in addition, it is important to address the underlying causes of crime, such as social inequality, lack of opportunities and exclusion, to in order to promote a safer and more equitable environment for all citizens. In the present curricular integration work, the use and application of materials and methods that made its development possible was made, for which surveys and interviews were carried out with legal professionals and specialists in Criminal Law, whose results served to propose the elaboration of a comparative study, with the purpose of achieving the creation of criminal policies aimed at controlling the possession of bladed weapons used in criminal acts, the same that is not applied in Ecuadorian regulations. |
