| Résumé: | The experimental method is a fundamental tool in the teaching of Natural Sciences, since it allows students to acquire practical knowledge and develop scientific research skills. This pedagogical approach involves the application of scientific principles in the design and execution of experiments, with the purpose of obtaining empirical data and testing hypotheses. The main objective is to analyze the influence of the experimental method through a pedagogical proposal where several activities will be proposed to improve students' learning the Natural Sciences. The research is quantitative and descriptive, since it seeks to describe the experimental method in learning the Natural Sciences in fourth grade students, so structured surveys were applied to both teachers and students. The results showed that the Experimental Method is a great option to approach the learning of Natural Sciences since it allows students to actively participate in the learning process, which can make teaching more attractive and meaningful. However, it also makes it easier for students to learn that science is a constantly evolving process and that their contributions can have a significant impact on the understanding of the natural world. Finally, the current investigation demonstrated that the Experimental Method in learning the Natural Sciences offers multiple educational benefits since it allows to develop research skills, to foster critical thinking and collaboration, and to stimulate interest in Natural Sciences, contributing to the formation of informed citizens prepared to face the scientific challenges of the future. |
