Refórmese el artículo 179 del código de la niñez y adolescencia con respecto al seguimiento de la post adopción

The Constitution in Article 44 states: "The State, society and family a priority will promote the comprehensive development of children and adolescents, and ensure the full exercise of their rights; will be addressed at the beginning of their interests and their rights will prevail over those of others. The children and adolescents are entitled to their integral development, understood as a process of growth, maturation and deployment of their intellect and their capabilities, potential and aspirations, in a family, school, social and community environment of affection and security. This environment will allow satisfaction, affective-emotional and cultural needs, with the support of national and local inter-sectoral policies ". Likewise, Principle 6 of the Universal Declaration of the Rights of the Child recognizes that all children, for the full and harmonious development of his personality, needs love and understanding. Whenever possible, they should grow the care and under the responsibility of their parents and in any case, in an atmosphere of affection and moral and material security. For all the aforementioned, it is provided that when children for any reason are been abandoned or orphaned, they do not remain helpless and can be adopted by a family that guarantees a family atmosphere, you can ensure your health , education, clothing, etc .; however, the legal provisions concerning the monitoring of adopted is very limited and many times not fulfilled by following the post adoption both national and international bodies concerned, so it is necessary legal reform to article 179 of the Code of Children and Adolescents, they do not fall for the welfare and stability of the adoptee, to thereby safeguard the rights of this group of people that the Constitution lists as priority attention.
