الملخص: | The investigation had as objetive: Apply assertive communication techniques for to reduce aggressive behavior of adolescents of The Education Unit attached to the National University of Loja. Descriptive study of sectional cutting and quasi-experimental design; in a sample of 26 adolescents of First year of high school. Was used the methods: Scientific, descriptive, analytic-synthetic inductive and deductive, historico-lógico, understanding, diagnosis, and modeling. A survey and a aggressive questionnaire of Bussy and Perry was used. Diagnostic Results: 96.2% report verbal aggressive behavior in the classroom; at high levels 84.6% manifest physical aggression (pre-test), after the alternative, physical aggression average dropped to 77% (post-test).The xy r = 0.37 positive correlation was low. Conclusions: the investigated manifest aggressive behavior in the classroom, this population at high levels manifest aggression as a result of the intervention these aggressive manifestations down to medium level. The Pearson correlation coefficient in the area of physical aggression was very low in the area of verbal aggression and hostility. |
