Resumo:This research titled "Using TIC'sy its impact on the teaching-learning process block Labor, Power and Energy Physics in the freshmen Unified School General Education Unit Fiscomisional" Juan XXIII "Yantzaza the Canton province of Zamora Chinchipe. Academic period 2012-2013 ". Alternative Guidelines "; its main objective: To determine how this affects the use of ICT in the learning block work, power and energy with freshmen Unified School General Education Unit Fiscomisional "Juan XXIII". The object of the research institution is located in the province of Zamora Chinchipe, canton and parish Yantzaza, Central District, the same that was created on December 10, 1970 under the direction of the Franciscan Sisters; It has the basic general education levels and high schools. Methods were used: scientist to discern the theoretical, analytical and synthetic basis to detail the information obtained by the survey of students and teachers and inductive- deductive to draw conclusions and reach reliable results. For information gathering, the survey instrument was applied to a sample of 60 students and five teachers of the Department of Mathematics of the Education Unit in question. The results evidenced in the field research were: teachers of the institution, require continuous training on the use of ICT in physics and technological means for the delivery of work, power and energy; also has audiovisual room equipped with technological tools that demand new and innovative student population. Based on these results an alternative that involves modeling class plans that include the use of ICT was raised
