Diagnóstico comunitario de salud del Barrio Motupe Bajo sectores I, II, III, IV y VII, septiembre - diciembre del 2013

This research 's main objective is to help strengthen the INTEGRAL MODEL SYSTEM WARNING NATIONAL COMMUNITY FAMILY HEALTH Intercultural E at the University Hospital of Motupe, providing statistics and data that enable basic health teams - EAIS ( Care Teams Integral health ) formulate local health proposals, aimed at improving the quality of life of the community " Under Motupe Sector I, II, III, IV and VII ." The universe consisted of 176 families and 706 inhabitants, this research is descriptive, in which facts and characteristics related to population and environment are detailed, the instrument for data collection was the family record compiled by the MSP and an annex to this record, the interview form complemented the information, the data is also analyzed, obtaining results that will serve as a baseline. Among the most relevant data include : that the female sex is prevalent with 373 women and male gender as we find 333 men being the basic level of education, 17 of whom are illiterate household heads were also found, 1 child was identified with incomplete immunization scheme, 1 child with 1 child malnutrition and moderate overweight, as schoolchildren and adolescents found 9 and 1 with mild malnutrition overweight and much of it is with good nutritional status and most studied, as concerning sexually active women the rhythm method is the most widely used family planning. As for epidemiological profile include hypertension, osteoporosis, diabetes, cancer, arthritis and osteoarthritis, are chronic and degenerative diseases most prevalent affecting aged 20 to 64 and 65 years later, in relation to the the most prominent is disabled physical disabilities ages 20 to 64 and intellectual disabilities ages 10 to 19 and 20 to 64 years old.
