Riassunto:This thesis research was problem: DETERMINE AS NUTRITION AFFECTS LEARNING IN CHILDREN INITIAL LEVEL II EARLY CHILDHOOD EDUCATION CENTERS OF EDUCATIONAL UNITS: "PEDRO FERMÍN CEVALLOS" AND "MONSIGNOR JORGE MOSQUERA", THE NANGARITZA COUNTRY PROVINCE OF ZAMORA CHINCHIPE. 2014-2015. The methods used in the preparation of this research work were: Scientific, inductive, deductive, descriptive and statistical model, which allowed for discussion and comparison of the proposed variables. As instruments were applied: the survey of parents to determine the daily diet of children; and; the observation guide aimed at children, to evaluate their food and learning. From the results of the survey it was concluded that most families consume 60% said salad once a day, while a minority 4% reported drinking occasionally, while 16% equivalent to 8 families not salads consumed. From the observation guide it concludes that: 53% of children surveyed have an equivalent to learning: got, get 36%, and 11% are still in process.
