| Summary: | At present the lack of nutritional and commercial information about the different materials that our Province of Loja has led us to go unnoticed in the development of different products, such as honey bee, which is a product highly nutritional and is not marketed in an appropriate manner . Therefore this work focuses on the development and marketing of a product made from honey as is the nougat, which is produced under quality standards and good manufacturing practices in order to achieve a final product that meets the needs of end consumers and represents an adequate nutritional alternative . The methodology used by the survey conducted in the city of Loja throw in market research that there is an unmet demand for 18,500 units honey nougat as well as financial analysis gives an IRR of 21.74 % and a NPV of 7483.47 USD and the market research that tells us that our honey nougat for marketing and acceptance does not depend on age or gender of the consumer giving us a competitive advantage over other types of candy . With an acceptance of 88% of respondents give us the guidelines to make the project profitable . Therefore we conclude that with an initial production of 18,500 units per month and an annual growth of 3 % can reach an estimated 222,000 units nougat honey as well as marketing it 's done directly with the different channels production but it was determined that the constitution foresees realizarce with 3 strategic partners for a better distribution of nougat, and managed to be at different selling point, as this is an affordable product for everyone . With this type of demoindustria of the Province of Loja will be enhanced with the development of enterprises dedicated to give the proper value to the different raw material has Loja. Different Lojanos ventures shall be reinforced with the support of local authorities and especially the citizens. |
