This thesis refers to: BREASTFEEDING AN ITS RELATIONTO ADDICTION OF CHILDREN OF 6-12 MONTHS OF GROWING WITH OUR CHILDREN (CNH) PROGRAM OF THE “VILCABAMBA SUR” CARE UNIT,OF THE VILCAMANBA PARISH, LOJA PROVINCE. PERIOD 2013-2014. PROPOSITIONAL GUIDELINES. The general objective was to analyze the relationship between the breastfeeding and the addiction of children aged 6-12 months of growing with our children (CNH) Program, the Care Unit, “Vilcabamba Sur”, Vilcabamba Parish, Loja Province. School year 2013-2014.Propositional Guidelines. Methods used for the preparation of this research work were: Scientific, analytical, synthetic, inductive, deductive, descriptive, and statistical model. Which served as help to achieve effectively the goal. The techniques and instruments used were: survey applied to mothers of children between 6-12 months of Growing with Our Children (CNH) program, the Service Unit “Vilcabamba Sur” to establish the type of breastfeeding of children aged 6-12 months of Growing with our Children (CNH) program; and, observation form given to children aged 6-12 months of Growing with Our Children (CNH), to assess the kind of addiction program. We conclude that: the kind of breastfeeding of 6-12 months children of Growing with our children (CNH) program of “Vilcabamba Sur” is: 33% predominant; 30% partial; 20% additional, and 17% exclusive. Observation forms determines that: 60% of 6-12months boys and girls observed, show normal addiction, 24% show pathological addiction; 10% have no normal addiction indicators and 6% have no pathological addiction indicators.
