| Yhteenveto: | The Onboarding process has been considered essential to achieve an adequate integration of new collaborators into an organization, being able to relate to the culture, customs, processes and members of the same as a way of acclimatization to the new environment where they will work. Thus, in the case of Farmasol EP, it has been identified that there is no established induction process, in this sense, the research objective is to redesign the Onboarding process in the public company Farmasol EP, for which a non- experimental, descriptive study with a quantitative approach has been proposed for which surveys were applied to 133 collaborators whose main results showed that in the institution the induction process is partially fulfilled according to the perception of 22.56% and 15.04% who did not receive it, the training time was not enough for 37%, in 27.07% of cases the mission, vision and values were not indicated and for 22.56% it was only partial, concluding that the activities for an adequate Onboarding should focus on the new collaborator effectively acquiring the technical and organizational skills to perform their role, so they will focus on providing relevant information in a way that gives the person peace of mind and confidence about the organization. |
