The objective of the study focuses on conducting a sectoral diagnosis of the agriculture, livestock, forestry, and fishing business group in the canton of Loja. The aim is to develop strategic recommendations and guidelines that improve the performance and competitiveness of the sector. The study adopted a quantitative research approach, incorporating both exploratory and descriptive methods, with surveys conducted among company executives.
