Résumé: | This research refers to the relationship between the bad eating habits of the population in school age and malnutrition, data that are little known in our country. It is for this reason that in the context of a survey, which aimed to meet lifestyle particularly eating habits, related to the health of school children, I have researched the type of food that they were carried out. Research was conducted on the children of the4th, 5th, 6th and 7th years of basic mixed tax school "Bernardo Valdivieso" evening section, where it was found that students have poor eating habits and therefore have some degree of malnutrition. In the investigative process, involved teachers, students and authorities, we worked with the total population of 104 children. Surveys where are asked questions that helped me know information based on my research objectives as they were applied: identify the existence of malnutrition, specifically of malnutrition and obesity, as well as determine the sex and the age range most affected by these nutritional alterations, whose results achieved on the basis of the application of the instrument were: that indeed there is malnutrition in a 4.81% and obesity in the 6.73% of the studied population being the most affected male, arising between the ages of 9 - 12 years in the case of malnutrition and 11 - 12 years in the case of obesity. These results allowed me to give a guideline to develop a proposal whose main objective is to design a methodological guide to strategies for activities to be applied by the teacher in the classroom and thus to improve the eating habits in students. |
