For this reason, the present investigation was focused on determining the violation of the rights of people in a condition of double vulnerability. Which had a quantitative-qualitative mixed type approach of two methods, which allowed obtaining information through the survey technique, the Inductive-deductive methods were used that allowed the development of the silver theoretical foundation, as well as Legal-comparative methods applied for the comparison of different legislations that were addressed; analytical-synthetic, it allowed the construction of synthesis and the jurisprudential study; Dogmatic - legal applied in accordance with Ecuadorian legislation for the protection of the rights of people with a double situation of vulnerability; and to complement the Historical - logical methods that facilitated the study of the subject matter for its practical application. The analysis determines that the results obtained revealed that it is necessary to apply public and effective protection policies to guarantee the rights of people in dual vulnerability conditions, as well as the necessary and important implementation of laws in our legislation that guarantee and protect the rights to this This group of people receives priority attention. In this way, the level of vulnerability that affects people in double vulnerability conditions shows that they are a highly vulnerable group of people. It is concluded that it is essential to implement a special regulation for these people in a situation of double vulnerability. |
