Afegir etiqueta | Sumari: | The present work of degree thesis thinks about to solve a problem in the part of the one straightened of the hoops of light automobiles of the city of Loja, conformed by the design of the machine that completes this function, contemplating the part of design of the structure and selection of some hydraulic devices. The machine exposed in this work use the principle of a vertical hydraulic press, it is conformed by a supports structure, and some auxiliary elements of subjection for the ring, it also has a hydraulic mechanism, cylinder and manual bomb. The calculation of some parts of the structure and elements that conform the machine are developed using the software “Mecasoft” and the simulation of some parts of the structure by means of the use of the software “Cosmos”. In the process of selection of the cylinder, manual bomb, and accessories it is used appropriate approaches so that it guarantees the design of the machine, he/she is also carried out an environmental and economic valuation being ended up obtaining the cost of the same one. |
