The evaluated variables were productive and reproductive parameters, the descriptive statistical analysis was carried out, the data was tabulated and analyzed using the Excel program. Biotype two presented the best performances in birth weight, weaning weight, final weight, weight gain, feed intake and feed conversion ratio with: 0.90 kg, 7.48 kg, 79.60 kg, 0, 50 Kg, 382.08 kg and 4.80, and the lowest values were biotype four 0.55 kg, 5.90 Kg, 56.20 kg, 337.20 Kg and 6.0 in the corresponding order. Regarding reproductive parameters in the litter size variable, biotype four reached a higher average with 7.0 pups and biotype two, one and three with 6.38, 6 and 5.2 pups, with respect to the post-weaning heat of the biotype. two recorded a shorter time of 12.2 days and biotypes one, three and four 13.75, 15.25 and 28 days, in the interval variable between births biotype two presented a shorter time of 186.2 days and biotypes one, three and four 187.75, 189.25 and 202 days according to the cited order. In conclusion, biotype two of Creole pigs reported the best productive and reproductive parameters that we could recommend for the formation and conservation of genetic nuclei. Keywords: biotype, Creole pig, records, parameters.El objetivo de la presente investigación fue evaluar parámetros productivos y reproductivos en cerdos criollos de diferentes biotipos, en la Quinta Experimental Punzara de la Universidad Nacional de Loja. Se emplearon 60 cerdos criollos, distribuidos en cuatro biotipos, se utilizó toda la población para el estudio. Las variables evaluadas fueron parámetros productivos y reproductivos, se realizó el análisis estadístico descriptivo, los datos se tabularon y analizaron mediante el programa Excel. El biotipo dos presentó los mejores rendimientos en peso al nacimiento, peso al destete, peso final, ganancia de peso, consumo de alimento e índice de conversión alimenticia con: 0,90 kg, 7,48 kg, 79,60 kg, 0,50 Kg, 382,08 kg y 4.80, y los menores valores el biotipo cuatro 0,55 kg, 5,90 Kg, 56,20 kg, 337,20 Kg y 6.0 en el orden que corresponde. En lo referente a parámetros reproductivos en la variable tamaño de camada el biotipo cuatro alcanzó un mayor promedio con 7.0 crías y el biotipo dos, uno y tres con 6,38 , 6 y 5,2 crías , con respecto al celo post destete el biotipo dos registró menor tiempo 12,2 días y los biotipos uno, tres y cuatro 13,75, 15,25 y 28 días, en la variable de intervalo entre partos el biotipo dos presentó menor tiempo 186,2 días y los biotipos uno, tres y cuatro 187,75, 189,25 y 202 días de acuerdo al orden citado. En conclusión, el biotipo dos de cerdos criollos reportó los mejores parámetros productivos y reproductivos que podríamos recomendar para la formación y conservación de núcleos genéticos.
