Engadir etiqueta | Summary: | The main objective of this project was the of makethe productive and economic assessment of the pineapple production of small farmers of the parish San Jacinto of Búa, province of Santo Domingo De Los Tsachilas, know the process of crop production of traditional, pineapple according to their characteristics and traditional technological alternatives and determine economic profitability, through their productive structure and production costs. The methodology applied in the study and that allowed us to gather the necessary information for the study, is based at first, in the review of the available bibliographic information on cultivation of pineapple in the sector, visit to San Jacinto del Búa producers, to characterize qualitatively and quantitatively the cultivation of the pineapple in a traditional manner, know the industrial crops, its costs and its dependency on the domestic and international markets. In a second moment, do the geographical location of the community of San Jacinto del Búa, in the geographical context of the province of Santo Domingo of the Tsáchilas as the location of the great undertaking of pineapple, the number of producers, information which allowed us, the results set out in the relevant chapter of this work and where you see the differences between these two types of cultivation system. To conclude with the cost structure of the two systems, the financial analysis dynamic through the financial analysis provided us the profitability and indexes financial, such as net income total, relationship benefit cost and return on investment between the producers of the parish and of industrial production, which allowed us to conclude that if it is feasible to make the study of formation of a marketer for the export of fruit from the community, thus their profitability if it is feasible for starting this type of business that would generate more jobs to the community. |
