Add Tag | Summary: | This present degree work is the development of the mobile application for the operating permit control of public transport in the city of Loja with QR coding. The aim of this study is to optimize the control process which is performed by civilian traffic police after that work is efficient. At present, the control process is performed manually, the traffic officer verifies that the transportation unit has the municipal register, thus ensuring that the vehicle is legally circulating; however this does not allow check whether the documentation is in order or has been adulterated, or if the user information of the owner of the vehicle and the vehicle information is correctly entered or updated. Also, if a user of public transportation or trade you have any complaint, it must approach the Municipal Land Transportation Unit Traffic and Road Safety to register. The developed application will allow public transport users can make complaints immediately to the Municipal Land Transportation Unit Traffic and Road Safety on any violation committed by whoever is in charge of the transport unit, assigning the complaint to the vehicle through the Municipal registration. To make the claim the user must register their personal details as complainant and the respective data in the complaint. Also, the application has the option to civilian traffic police to obtain the number of the Municipal Registry via a QR code, giving them the ability to view information about a vehicle, the vehicle owner, and registration status; and also allow you to check the allegations that have been assigned to the means of transport. For this process, officers should enter: username and password previously assigned by the Municipal entity. For the development of this work it has been used titration Mobile-D methodology that fits the mobile development and software requirements have been obtained under the IEEE-830 format. The application was developed with Apache Cordova framework that works with HTML, CSS and JavaScript technologies to achieve a hybrid or cross-platform development. The application can be installed and run on mobile devices that have Android, Windows Phone or iOS operating system and that have the specified characteristics. |
