Riassunto:This thesis work which is called “THE FAMILY ORGANIZATION AND ITS INFLUENCE IN THE ACADEMIC PERFORMANCE OF THE STUDENTS OF THE NINTH YEARS OF BASIC EDUCATION OF THE MIGUEL RIOFRÍO SCHOOL OF THE CITY OF LOJA AND THE INTERVENTION OF THE WORKER” It has been developed with the main objective of determining the influence of the family organization within the Academic Performance, making a contrast between the existing theoretical bases and what is currently happening in the investigated context. The School Center found students with low school performance, who do not actively participate in classes, their school tasks do not perform them, a situation that is linked to the unfavorable social environment that surrounds them, since they do not receive the affection and attention that parents should Give your children. The information was obtained through the application of the surveys conducted to 46 students, 46 parents and 16 teachers of the Ninety Years of Basic Education of the Miguel Riofrio School, for which a questionnaire was prepared with questions addressed to know the Family environment of students and their parents. The use of appropriate methods for research has allowed the results obtained to be the fundamental basis for preparing a proposal for intervention from a social perspective, a proposal that contains an effective process of dialogues, talks, reflection processes to all members of the community educational, to identify conditions and consider alternative solutions that lead to family wellbeing and therefore that students improve their academic performance, so I am sure I will be fulfilling one of the professional postulates such as acting with social justice
