For children / adolescents as a priority and have the attention of their parents, this gives them security and strengthens its personality projected to be useful to society people , in the present research confirms that parents prioritize their messy life style and to justify the abandonment to which their children are exposed by the low income they receive, because they prefer their partners and do not want to contradict , or simply because they think their child may be better off with another family , even the State has implemented the existence of comprehensive care programs for children and teens that allows working with the family to integrate certain time in your son / daughter at home , also decrease the effects of emotional overload that children perceive the negative environment born and where they lived , the technical team directs its work to restructure in some cases and in others to change and achieve a new family that will give them the love, emotional and financial support , but the effort in this endeavor has been reduced simply continue a legal procedure established in the Code on Children and Adolescents, which is taking away the pain of being rejected by their families of origin and providing a new opportunity for a definitive and permanent family, The involvement of the social worker to prevent child neglect / and adolescents who are at the center channeled all their support and managed to enable reintegration to their homes, there are cases in which the children could not remain much time with their parents this because adults do not assume the leading role reliving episodes of contempt, neglect, exploitation and neglect towards their children thus hindering the legal process of reintegration.
