Shrnutí:The right to work is fully guaranteed in the Constitution of Ecuador Republic, and in that sense the charter itself as progress on labor rights, recognizes the right to self-employment or self-employment, prohibiting any type of confiscation products, materials or tools. Joblessness in our country has caused many people currently on unemployment, who have chosen a way to work honestly, why we see that has increased self-employment or selfemployment; ie more people seen in the streets selling some type of product or engaging in any activity that take the daily support his family. This way of working has caused a number of clashes between members of the public or municipal force, generating wrenching scenes that leave much to be desired and above all outraged to see such arrogance on the one hand, and impotence by that person that the only thing wish is to work. Since October 2008, the date on which entered into force the current Constitution, we see that with regard to self-employment or self-employment has not been properly regulated in any legal body and apparently this has generated great social conflicts, necessarily they are solved.
