La permisibilidad de la eutanasia en el codigo penal y su enfoque social

Euthanasia is a topic again as it has evolved with modern medicine and has existed since ancient times, as an alternative to suffering presenting people with terminal illnesses, irreversible, and speaking of euthanasia is not only talk about the death seeking a person but also should take into account aspects such as the dignity that belongs to the sick patient, their autonomy to decide and how they want to end their lives. Euthanasia is the act or omission by the physician with the intention of causing the patient's death by compassion. And is one of the most discussed legal problems because doctors face a possible death irreversible and in other cases where a possible death with side effects like severe pain not only physical but also psychological and had no remedy for these evils them as an option to choose a dignified death without pain and suffering and a worthy way to die with dignity and peace. However this arrangement pre fight for prolonging his life by applying a number of therapeutic methods, as it is currently known of palliative care and pain treatment that involves giving the patient and provide all means to avoid suffering to the person through drugs such as morphine in large doses so that the patient does not feel much pain, thus leading him to what's left of life undergo unnecessary trauma and torture. Euthanasia in our country is not that it is an unknown but I can say that is a very controversial topic, because in our society mostly has and belongs to a religion and from this point be focused immoral and as a God they believe in the idea that only God is the only one who can end the life of people with irreversible and degenerative diseases, then they have a reason to reject it and even going to consider it as a sin, because they believe the supreme being created man and that would attempt on the life of this person. It is for this reason that we must raise awareness throughout society and the Ecuadorian space that euthanasia is not about taking the life of a person but rather seek to ease their suffering and pain against a disease, so that it to end his life in a dignified manner and at the time and had enjoyed a decent life. Our Ecuadorian Criminal Code does not allow euthanasia like most Latin American countries, but in spite of this in our country if we have spoken and have even existed Bills reformatory penal code that favor euthanasia, considering autonomy either as a patient or as a person to make decisions and respect their will. Like many countries where euthanasia has been decriminalized be had to fight hard to achieve this goal, which has come to fruition because it has been done in a very meticulous in what has been taken into account and been included doctors, judges, psychologists, and their relatives to perform euthanasia
