Summary:Administrative management models are helpful for the proper development of activities within a company, Asisttaencho SA resident in the city of Nueva Loja offer training programs and developing software within its growth is very importance to apply a model of administrative management, with the sole purpose of improving its internal processes and seek development. The biggest problem identified is the lack of administrative, managerial controls are not complying with basic administrative parameters should be developed within a company, introducing weaknesses that prevent adequate and effective development of business activities, which focuses this this research project to know the current situation in order to propose viable solutions. In this research methods and techniques and materials for the sequential development of the same that allowed orderly achieve the objectives was used. Based on the results mentioned that have been raised management plans that reward define short-, medium- and long-term corporate policy which focuses especially on actions of the company, matrices work and thereby standardize formats internal and external presentation providing an image of order, job profiles to perform an adequate structural culling of personal future and the most appropriate organizational and functional detailing department and since the functions to be developed, outreach programs of great importance for philosophy business can reach a larger number of potential customers, job performance evaluations to determine where you are having weaknesses to be remedied by the directors of the company, training programs after defining evaluation plans and propose topics to be trained, staff selection matrices for complementing of human resource recruitment, and strategies and regulations to improve the actions of company' activities included in the annual operating plan. It should be noted that the findings were based on research conducted and its results and the implementation of the management model will overcome the weaknesses identified allowing the company to be even more competitive in the market reaching more customers, it will also be responsible administration of socialization of the new strategies to be implemented with all members of the same and their respective monitoring, and finally included within the Annual Operating Plan new items that are generated by this concept.
