| Résumé: | Tuberculosis (TB) is a potentially serious infectious bacterial disease, those who are diagnosed it is of the utmost importance that they start treatment and it is fully complied with, thus preserving health, obtaining a good prognosis and preventing its spread. This being a quantitative, retrospective and cross-sectional study, it was carried out with the objective of determining patients adherent and not to the antituberculous treatment of the health units of 07D06 of the city of Santa Rosa, which had to comply with it during the period May to October 2019, in addition to the factors that probably influenced their adherence. The information was collected by means of a closed descriptive survey type instrument, of the same authorship as that of the present study, this instrument was validated by sampling technique and was adjusted under the criteria of specialist medical professionals. It was applied directly with each participant, prior to the verbal and written information provided through the informed consent document, which each patient independently read, and granting their participation by signing it. Among the results, 34 patients were obtained, who began antituberculous treatment, these presented prevalence in males, and in the age between 20-39 years, for both groups. The factors that probably influenced the adherence to treatment were: that 81% of the adhered group received care support at home on a daily basis, while the non-adhered group presented difficult territorial access to health units and wishes not to take the treatment with 100% and 75%; While those related to the health service were that the adherent group with 92%, and the non-adherent group with 75% present agreement with the information provided about their pathology by the doctor, on the contrary, these same groups only 12% and 38% agree with the care provided for the delivery of medication.
