General Objective: To study on parental overprotection and its impact on language problems: functional dislalia in children in the first year of primary school education including bilingual Treasury of Knowledge 2012-2013. The methods used in the preparation of this research work were: bibliographic, analytic and descriptive Synthetics that allowed for discussion and comparison of the proposed variables. The instruments used were: A survey of Parent and teacher to identify as parental overprotection presents to children in the first year of basic education; and tests Exploration Organ Bucofonatorios Melgar and applied to children to identify the most common articulation errors that occur in children with functional dislalia are. As a result of the investigation, it is concluded that: 100% of parents has characteristics overprotective as interfering to defend your child if they bother other children; reviewing everything he does; Never allow other people correct it and feel guilty when they do not help their children; 100% of children presenting with Dislalia Functional errors of omission and replacement, especially in the alveolar phonemes as s, r, rr; and dental as d, t. The language is formal semiotic structure posed to use the existence of a context of use, and certain principles. To be multiple contexts, this causes different languages also exist. So is the human language, animal language and so-called formal languages. The first is that we use all humans to communicate, understand and learn, is based on linguistic signs. As for the parents to attend school for parents to give guidance on how to cope overprotection in their children to avoid various problems like language is recommended.
