Plan estratégico para la Caja de Ahorro y Crédito “El Manizal” de la Comunidad Las Huertas - Cantón Paltas - Provincia de Loja

Strategic planning has become vital within organizations so a good plan is one that manages to produce an excellent interpretation of the situation, and consequently allows the chosen route to be precise enough to avoid the challenges to which We face reality in practice. Thus, this research was developed with the objective of contributing to the development of the "El Manizal" Savings and Credit Fund to improve the activities carried out by the institution and to overcome the various deficiencies in the Caja the Ahorro And Credit, the same ones that were identified through the process of elaboration of thesis, where the dialectical method and research techniques were applied that served to extract the necessary information and establish the real situation of how it is found. The objectives were fulfilled based on the development of the results, in which the external and internal analysis of the entity under study is recorded. In order to correct existing shortcomings, such as poor communication, lack of publicity, lack of agility in the credit approval process, do not have access to a credit bureau, there is no trained staff; Are reasons why it has not been able to develop efficiently, therefore the purpose is to carry out a "STRATEGIC PLAN FOR THE SAVINGS AND CREDIT BOX" THE MANIZAL "OF THE COMMUNITY LAS HUERTAS-CANTÓN PALTAS-PROVINCIA DE LOJA" In such a way as to improve the existing services and also to obtain excellent attention to the members, so that they feel satisfied when making use of the services offered by the entity. The methodology used in the present research is: the dialectical method, which allowed the development of research, as well as direct observation techniques to verify in a real way the conditions in which the activities in the entity are developed, An interview was also applied to the administrator, as well as an interview with the employees, surveys of the partners of the entity and surveys of the managers of the same. With the analysis of all the aforementioned elements, we proceeded to the construction of the SWOT matrix, and after that the high impact matrix was built, which served as a technical reference to determine the action plans to be executed in this study. Within the proposal, 5 strategic objectives were delineated, the same ones that are constructed through a logical framework, in which strategy, tactics, politics, financing, responsibility and goal are recorded. The first strategic objective that is proposed is: Design and administrative and organizational restructuring of the Savings and Credit Fund "El Manizal" With a cost of $ 145.00; The second strategic objective: to create new lines of credit at lower interest rates and with comfortable installments, With a cost of $ 1100,00; The third strategic objective: To improve the process of granting credit through the design of procedures, with a cost of $ 30.00; The fourth strategic objective: Implement a training plan for staff working in the entity with a cost of $ 660.00; The fifth strategic objective: To implement an advertising plan and to make known the services of the entity, at a cost of $ 205.00 dollars, the total cost of this strategic plan is $ 2,140.00 US dollars. Finally, we present the conclusions and recommendations that have been determined, after the study carried out through the strategic planning process, the same that will be put to the consideration of the administrator of the Savings and Credit Fund "El Manizal" for its later execution.
