Tilføj Tag | Summary: | The purpose of this research work is to present a situational and comparative diagnosis of the psychosocial risks to which public servants of the Loja Provincial Decentralized Autonomous Government and the Loja Municipal Decentralized Autonomous Government are exposed, during the period 2022. It is important to highlight that various theories on the management of human talent were taken into consideration, emphasizing the psychosocial risks in work situations and the probability of harming the health of the servers (physical, social or mental). Also, the importance of raising awareness of the prevention of these risks, exposed by the International Labor Organization, is described. To explain the way in which the servers rate their perceptions of psychosocial risks in these Decentralized Autonomous Governments. The information was collected through the psychosocial risk assessment questionnaire, proposed by the Ministry of Labor. 324 surveys were carried out; of which 84 servers correspond to the Provincial Government and 240 servers belong to the Municipal Government. The sample was calculated through simple random sampling. In general, the results indicate that more than 80% of all respondents perceive that there is a low level of risk in the "other important points" dimension. Finally, it is concluded that both institutions can produce harmful effects for the well-being of the servers. However, these can be reformed with the implementation of a psychosocial risk prevention plan and a continuous evaluation of the risks to which they are exposed.
