| Resumo: | Occupational health and safety protect the physical and mental integrity of workers, while boosting the productivity and efficiency of companies by creating a safe and healthy work environment. This is achieved by complying with the regulations established by the authorities, ensuring the implementation of effective measures to prevent and control occupational hazards. The main objective is to establish an occupational safety planning tool that integrates the tasks of the workers in order to reduce the probability of occupational incidents. A qualitative research approach, the inductive method and action research were applied to deeply analyze the cause of the current situation of the Improba Manú balanced feed microenterprise; a survey of the 5 workers located directly in the work production area, an interview with the manager and direct observation, made it possible to know the situation of the Improba Manú balanced feed microenterprise in terms of legal compliance, current working conditions, as well as the Ministry of Labor's checklist of occupational health and safety obligations for companies with 1 to 10 workers. In conclusion, the study carried out will contribute to reducing occupational hazards present in the workplace, improving working conditions in the Improba Manú microenterprise through the implementation of ergonomic practices, better organization and control, which will result in the creation of a safe working environment. This benefits management by complying with the minimum occupational safety standards established by the Ministry of Labor. |
