| Tóm tắt: | Digital competencies are basic skills that everyone should develop in their professional training to be incorporated into the various areas of society, also known as the use of Information and Communication Technology (ICT). In order to support the development of digital competencies, UNESCO has developed different frameworks of digital competencies of teachers, where teacher training programs are proposed in order to prepare them in the pedagogical use of ICT and technological training of students. For the present work of curricular integration, the following specific objectives have been proposed: To investigate the area of professional commitment from the Framework of Reference of the Digital Competence of the teachers of the unified general baccalaureate of the Unidad Educativa Fiscomisional la Dolorosa and to describe the stages and levels of professional commitment from the Framework of Reference of the Digital Competence of the teachers of the unified general baccalaureate of the Unidad Educativa Fiscomisional la Dolorosa, for which the inductive-deductive research method was used, with a quantitative approach with an exploratory-descriptive scope whose sample for the development of the research corresponds to 35 teachers of the unified general baccalaureate of the Unidad Educativa Fiscomisional la Dolorosa, the survey technique was used with the instrument adapted from the Framework of Reference of the Digital Teaching Competence specifically in the area 1 professional commitment. Finally, it was concluded that the teachers of the Unidad Educativa Fiscomisional la Dolorosa are in the stages of Experience and Innovation and in turn in their levels B1 Adoption, B2 Adaptation, in competences 1,2,4 and 5, on the other hand, in competence 3 the teachers are evidenced in a stage of Innovation in level C1 Knowledge and C2 Adaptation.
