Summary:Aggression is a behavioral, affective and emotional problem that affects the socialization of the subject by actions that cause harm to others, so the following thesis is presented: EDUCATIONAL STRATEGIES TO REDUCE AGGRESSIVE BEHAVIORS IN THE STUDENTS OF FIFTH PARALLEL YEAR "B" OF THE SCHOOL OF BASIC EDUCATION "NOVEMBER 18" PERIOD 2018-2019, in this research it was proposed as an objective to apply educational strategies to reduce aggressive behavior in students of the fifth grade. It is a descriptive type study, with cross section and pre-experimental design. The methods applied were: scientific method, analyticalsynthetic, deductive, inductive. To know the level of aggressiveness, the Pre-test and Post-test were applied using the Aggressiveness Scale (EGA) as a tool in a population sample of 35 students in which the following results were obtained in the Pre-test Physical aggression 57, 14%, verbal aggression 65.71% and psychological aggressiveness 68.57% respectively at a medium level after that, the intervention proposal was applied, which consisted of eight Psychoeducational workshops and at the end the Post-test was applied. Where it is evident that physical aggression has a percentage of 54.29%, verbal aggression 85.71% and psychological aggressiveness 57.14 with a low level of aggression. As for the effectiveness of the activities carried out, it was possible to decrease the behaviors aggressive in the fifth grade students parallel "B" validating the proposal, so it is recommended that the educational institution implement permanent activities that help in to diminish aggressive behaviors.
