Breakfast is of fundamental importance for the realization of daily activities, so that an optimum quality of it ensures the energy requirements necessary for adequate performance throughout the day, especially in children, whose needs are essential to school performance. Poor breakfast quality directly affects school performance, which leads to poor performance and lost years due to the striking situation I raise perform a research whose directive was to determine the relationship between the quality of breakfast and School Performance children of the School "Capulí Loma". A cross, analytical type was performed to determine the quality of the breakfast of children and their school performance by establishing a relationship between the two, for which an intentional random sample of 91 students was selected. The results showed that 73.60% have a good quality of breakfast, girls maintains better quality breakfast with 76.32%; 42.86% of the population Exceeds aspects involved, while 39.56% Master the aspects involved both children lead a better performance the better the quality of the breakfast, as follows: 50% with good quality S.A.R; the improved quality 62.50% with D.A.R; 66.67% of insufficient quality P.A.A.R.
