Ամփոփում:The present investigation called, THE SEXUAL EDUCATION AND ITS INCIDENCE IN BASICGENERAL EDUCATION FIRST YEAR CHILDREN PERSONALITY DEVELOPMENT OF THE OF THE CHILDREN AND GIRLS, OF ELISEO ARIAS CARRIÓN SCHOOL, CATAMAYO CITY, LOJA PROVINCE. PERIOD 2013-2014. The general Objective was to educate the teachers about the Sex Education importance in Basic General Education First Year children Personality Development Children, of Eliseo Arias Carrión school, Catamayo city, in order to suggest improvements to this problem. The methods used in the present investigation were: inductivo-deductivo, analytic - synthetic and the statistical model. Research instruments and the techniques used were: a survey applied to teachers to establish the implementation of sex education and its impact on children; and a battery graphic design H.T.P applied to 30 children. The results of the Teachers Survey concluded that: 100% of the teachers in the first year of Basic General Education of Eliseo Arias Carrión school , from the city of Catamayo, taught sex education, within the class, and 79% of the children's says that positive responses in the Development of the Personality, giving a very satisfactory equivalent in the scale of assessment; 21% of selected children still maintains negative responses according to the applied observation guide and corresponds to a little satisfactory level according to the rating scale negatively affecting the Development of theirPersonality
