Шошго нэмэх | Тойм: | The present thesis entitled: "Legal Analysis of the Exemption of Criminal Responsibility of the Undercover Agent, in Operations of Investigation of the Crime of Organized Crime", refers to the actions carried out by the undercover agents in the investigation of organized crime being key elements to fulfill with the aim of dismantling organized crime; undercover agents can commit crimes that would be exempt from criminal responsibility, for committing them in the exercise of their work and taking into consideration that these crimes should be proportional to the outcome of the criminal investigation. Reason for which the present investigative work has been proposed, developed by chapters that deal with legal and doctrinal categories. When analyzing the current criminal law we observe that there is a defense of criminal and civil responsibility in the commission of crimes in which they must incur or can not prevent undercover agents, for which it is necessary to have highly trained personnel. Likewise, materials and methods were applied to develop the present investigation, such as statistics and interviews, which have served for the preparation of the academic article final result of the present investigatio |
