Organización contable en la empresa Grandmi Ecuador del cantón San Jacinto de Yaguachi, año 2023.

This research focuses on improving the accounting and financial management of the company "Grandmi Ecuador Grandiosomilagroacuicola S.A." by developing a chart of accounts and a manual tailored to its specific needs, as well as by implementing an integrated accounting process that covers everything from the initial inventory to the presentation of financial statements. The study identifies and addresses key deficiencies in the current accounting management, such as insufficient inventory control and the lack of an accurate chronological record of transactions, proposing solutions to enhance the accuracy, efficiency, and transparency of financial information. Through the creation of a customized chart of accounts, the company achieved better categorization of financial transactions, which facilitated regulatory compliance and improved the reliability of accounting reports. Additionally, an accounting manual was implemented to standardize procedures, providing a clear and consistent framework for financial management. The development of an integrated accounting process significantly improved the quality of financial statements, ensuring an accurate representation of net income for the fiscal year, which strengthened the company’s ability to make informed strategic decisions and projections. Furthermore, the research explores the integration of information technologies into the accounting process, highlighting how the adoption of advanced accounting software increased the efficiency and accuracy of financial records, reducing errors and improving productivity. The results demonstrate that these improvements not only optimize daily accounting management but also strengthen internal controls and the capacity of "Grandmi Ecuador" to face operational and financial challenges. In conclusion, this work not only resolves specific issues within the company but also establishes a framework that can be applied to other organizations in the sector, contributing to the development of more efficient and sustainable accounting practices in a competitive business environment.
