Sumario:It is designed and built a laboratory scale digester in order to analyze the production of biogas from animal manure and organic household waste. First was systematized information gained about similar experiences with biodigesters to select the type of biodigester more convenient and economical. Then it was established that the type of digester suitable for this project is the batch type, as this allows the load once and download it to complete the process of digestion. Then proceeded to perform the calculations for the design of the prototype and thus select the elements that are part of the construction technology. Deployed devices allow control and monitoring of variables such as temperature, pressure and pH. Finally respective assays were performed and results achieved in each of these assays were compared with each other, to scientifically validate the design and construction of Biodigestor Scale.
