| Résumé: | This research was made in Loja Canton with a principal objective as an evaluation of Development Human Bonus (DHB) like poverty reduction alternative in rural parishes of Loja Canton focusing in health and education on 2013, for that, we applicate a survey to beneficiaries of DHB in all rural parishes and the number of respondents was 363 beneficiaries. In each beneficiary household was possible to know the situation of their lifestyle while having this support each month. In their words we can, this money transfers is very helpful in their homes, because with this they can cover considerable expenses. Most beneficiaries told us that they have access to health services before to receive this help, but their access level has improved before to receive the DHB because with this, they can buy many medicines that previously they couldn’t do or maybe in the centers of public health, services didn’t have stock and in cases, it was very expensive. As mothers of children under 1 year and of 1 to 5 years, they are complying with health checks in the time determined with the objective to ensure the good development and excellent condition of the children. About education we have that all mothers or father householders are complying the requirements in this point, in the results we have that the children are going to educational institution every day and they are fulfilling to certain classes. Each beneficiary is a different case, but most of them told us that HDB has helped them to improve their quality of life and has allowed them to access to Human Development Credit (HDC) in order to undertake their own business and trying to get ahead and lower the level of poverty and dependency.
