Додати тег | Резюме: | This thesis is focused on the analysis of a unified communications system for the benefit of the National University of Loja where is the integration of multiple services on a single platform enabling collaboration between the personnel that work in the various faculties of the university, through solutions that exist in the market for Unified Communications both proprietary as free. Such a solution is selected by means of the elaboration of a benchmarking between providers that lead the unified communications market in order to choose the provider that best fits the needs of the National University of Loja. In addition presents the analysis of new services that offer unified communications that can be deployed at the University taking into account the needs that this requires, for an increase and streamlining in the academic and administrative processes. |
