Estudio de factibilidad para la implementación de una empresa productora y comercializadora de requesón con ají en la ciudad de Loja.

In this project concerning the feasibility study for the implementation of a company to produce and market cottage cheese with chili in the city of Loja, the objectives were as follows: The market study to determine supply, demand and design a marketing plan, the technical study to determine the size and location and engineering of the project, the functional organic structure and legal basis for the operation of the company, as well as the study and financial evaluation through the application of indicators: NPV, IRR, CRP, CBR and SA; the research approach is quantitative, the deductive method, the type of research exploratory, descriptive, and the design is nonexperimental, different techniques were applied such as: direct observation and surveys for data collection to a sample of 384 people; the market study showed an unsatisfied demand of 4,734,895 units; the technical study determined a capacity utilization of 76,200 units per year, with a market share of 1.56%; in the results it was determined that the Net Present Value is $ 20. 992,70 being positive, the Internal Rate of Return is 34.88%, determining that it is acceptable for its execution, the Benefit-Cost Ratio is $ 1.15 so that for every $1.00 invested there is a profit of 15 cents, the Capital Recovery Period is 2 years, 9 months and 7 days, the Sensitivity Analysis with increase the project supports 2.46% in costs, while in the Sensitivity Analysis regarding the decrease in income, the project will support up to 2.13%, this will not affect the profitability of the investment. Upon determining its feasibility, it is concluded that the project execution is feasible.
