Sumari:The canton Nangaritza is located in Zamora's county Chinchipe. The origin of its name owes to the presence of the majestic river Nangaritza that crosses the south canton to north. It is surrounded by the cantons Paquisha, Sentry of the Condor, Zamora and Palanda. To the east it limits with the department of Amazons, Peru, by means of the Mountain range of the Condor. The canton is divided in three parishes, an urban one that is Guayzimi and two rural: Zurmi and New Paradise. The investigation was carried out in the property Agroturística located in the neighborhood Santa Rosa of the parish Guayzimi, cantonal head of Nangaritza of Zamora's county Chinchipe that is seated on the heart of the forest in a cattle and agricultural area. To consent to the same one a secondary highway of Amazon great Troncal it exists that it begins in Zumbi and it finishes in High Nangaritza. The rural tourism, is a form in which the rural culture is taken advantage of economically to offer diverse options of distraction and to attract tourists with the nature, and mainly with cultivated landscapes. No tourist will want to be in a property or country property, disordered, with lacks of hygiene, worthless cultural, tourist or natural. The general objective of the present study is to "Propose a study of feasibility to implement tourist services for a property located in the neighborhood Santa Rosa of the canton Nangaritza." For they thought about it three specific objectives which are: To carry out a diagnosis of the current situation of the property to know the tourist potentialities of the place; ddesarrollar a technical, financial study and of market that guarantees the viability of the project; pproponer a marketing plan to be implemented in the property. For the development of each one of the objectives was necessary the implementation of methods and appropriate techniques, for the first objective were carried out the analysis of the situation through the bibliographical gathering through primary and secondary sources, the empiric and analytic method was also applied to distinguish the elements of the problem and to carry out the observation of the phenomena, the inductive method allowed to analyze the investigated facts, and with the deductive method it could stand out the most important facts. For the second objective that consists on the development of the studies, of market a collection of information was made through statistical data obtained by means of the application of surveys to the inhabitants of the sector. 5 In the technical study he/she was carried out an inventory of tourist services, the diagnosis of the area, and an analysis of the productive process. Likewise for the financial study it is considered the revenues and necessary expenditures that he/she will have the Tourist Property during the first year of the project. In the execution of the third objective it was fundamental to establish the main components of the marketing plan, objetivar the information, to systematize her and to analyze it starting from the logical reasoning. The administrative study allowed to know how the company will be structured, as well as the implementation of a manual of functions so that the employees can have in clear which they are the activities that should carry out according to the position or position. The study economic financier established an initial investment of the project of 131.465,86 American dollars, according to the projection of revenues you can verify that sales of $ would be generated 106.080,00 American dollars what would generate an utility for the first year of $ 29.560,07 American dollars. As evaluation approaches to know the feasibility that has the investment to carry out in the company a Value was obtained they Act Net of 14193,70 American dollars, an Internal Rate of Return of 13,64%, the relationship Benefits Cost it indicated that for each invested dollar it is obtained 0,35 cents of dollars of gain, with a Period of Recovery of 4 year-old capital 8 months and 2 days. According to the positive results obtained in each one of the studies you concludes that the project is feasible, for what thinks about as proposal the implementation of a marketing plan which is a tool that indicates the feasibility of the project since through the marketing mix and the strategies that intend, with these it is given to know the service according to the objective public's requirements.As main recommendation it is that the venturesome of the parish Guayzimi considers to carry out projects of feasibility that allow a correct evaluation of each one of the ideas before implementing a company what would allow investment that generates utilities and non losses.
