is thesis entitled "IMPLEMENTATION OF A WEB PORTAL FOR EDUCATIONAL UNIT HUMS OF Chinchipe Canton, province of Zamora Chinchipe, AS A MEANS TO IMPROVE COMMUNICATION CHANNEL COLLEGE TO SOCIETY". It was developed with the primary purpose of improving the mechanism of communication between the educational institution and society in general, through the implementation of this technological medium. The thesis topic How to improve the communication channel of Zumba Education Unit, Canton Chinchipe, Zamora ?, the Company's general objective Implement a Web portal for Zumba College High School, Canton Chinchipe Province Zamora Chinchipe, as a means to enhance the communication channel, the educational institution with the Company. To perform this research we proceeded to establish the research methodology, which describes the methods, scientific, deductive-inductive, descriptive, analytical and statistical methods used in the thesis, as well as the techniques and instruments, bibliography , which led the entire research process, as well the population identified, schedule, budget was created and detailed bibliography. He applied the survey to teachers of the Education Unit Zumba, one looks at the question 1 is essential that the Zumba Education Unit, with a Web Portal, to host this circuit Canton, 30 teachers corresponding to 100% , say it is essential that the Zumba Education Unit, with a web Portal. The survey of Parents, taken as reference Question 3 Do you think that would improve the communication services offered by the educational institution by creating a Web Portal ?, 150 parents, corresponding to 100 Create % believe would improve the communication services offered by the Educational Institution. Upon completion of the work it was established conclusions, taking the most important as follows: management, teachers, students, parents and the educational community in general, do not have a technological environment which will facilitate communication between all of these entities. He then proceeded to establish the respective recommendations. Finally we precede to the development of the Web Portal, using the program Joomla, a content management system that allows us to develop dynamic and interactive web sites.
