| Özet: | The elaboration of a "Strategic Plan for the DILAVCO company of the Canton of the city of Orellana, was developed with the purpose of making an accurate review of the processes carried out by the company and reducing the internal weaknesses, controlling the threats that may affect the development of business activities. The proposal is a strategic plan for the company DILAVCO of the city of Francisco de Orellana, period 2016-2021 ", among the methods and techniques used are: Deductive this method was used to carry out a situational diagnosis of the DILAVCO company and give solutions to conflict situations, undergoing a self-analysis that should lead to a concrete action plan that allows the identification of the rules, laws and regulations to be applied; Inductive this method allows to know the results of the surveys applied to the clients, employees and interview to the Manager, therefore we were able to elaborate the Matrix SWOT, considering the economic, political, social, environmental and technological factors that represent the influences of the external scope of the company, that affect their internal work; Synthetic this method was used for the analysis of data obtained in the survey and interview The techniques applied were: the interview with the company manager and the surveys applied to the 25 employees and the 70 clients who with their answers allowed to detect the internal and external problems that the company faces, and to extract the Strengths and Weaknesses. An external analysis was carried out in the company that allowed the definition of the Opportunities and Threats of the same, whereupon the EFE matrix was constructed, where the weighted total is 2.77, indicating that the company is taking advantage of opportunities to minimize the impact of threats. A weighted value of 2.95 was obtained through the EFI matrix (evaluation of internal factors), which allows us to determine that the company DILAVCO maintains a strong internal position, which guarantees that it can continue and develop in a positive way in the market. With the internal and external analysis, the SWOT matrix was constructed, which allowed the delimitation of Opportunities, Threats, Strengths and Weaknesses. The high impact matrix was constructed, and the FO, DO, FA, DA combination was obtained. as a result the strategic objectives, with their respective budgets and responsible; thus: "Establish the mission and vision for the company, with the purpose of improving the corporate image of the company"; "To carry out promotional and advertising programs that allow to know the products that commercialize the company, To elaborate a plan of training for the employees, To establish a plan of motivation and incentives for the personnel of the company"; and finally "Implementing the use of uniforms for company personnel". It should be noted that the implementation of the five strategic objectives has a cost of $ 9, 657.00 dollars. Finally, the respective conclusions and recommendations of the work that cover the most relevant aspects of the strategic planning applied to the company DILAVCO are presented. |
