Gaia:In private and state oil companies, the work carried out in distant places, working for fourteen consecutive days, having a descaso seven days or twenty-seven consecutive days of rest, pointing contravention of Article 47 Labour Code which determines the maximum workday is eight hours a day and forty hours a week. Also notes that the actual work on the ground is six hours a day and can only afford an additional, extraordinary or recovery time giving special protection to workers.
