Shrnutí:The level of satisfaction that a person has when receiving health care is influenced by the quality of care and by their relationship with the doctor. The objective of this investigation was to identify the doctor-patient relationship, the level of satisfaction of the people treated at the Motupe Health Center according to sex and age group, and to estimate their correlation. A quantitative, cross-sectional study was established, with a sample of 157 participants in whom the Patient-Doctor Relationship questionnaire was used. Questionnaire version 9 (PDRQ-9) to assess the doctor-patient relationship and the SERVQUAL Model for satisfaction with care. Obtaining that 63.69% classify the relationship with their doctor as excellent and very good in 23.57%, at the level of satisfaction 97.45%, stated that they had satisfactory care, unlike 2.55%. , who considered the attention received as dissatisfactory. By relating the variables by calculating the Chi Square, which is 321, 930ª, the P value of 0.0000, with 16 degrees of freedom and 99% confidence. Concluding that the doctor-patient relationship and the level of patient satisfaction are statistically significant, which means that the variables directly influence one another
