Resumo:This research aims to identify the correct application and interpretation of labor principles as a fundamental basis for the exercise of workers’ rights. Therefore, its general objective was to analyze the conflict between labor law and the administrative processes of human talent management in the Loja Sports Federation in the year 2023. For the development of this research, the scientific, inductive, and analytical methods were used, along with a quantitative and qualitative approach of an exploratory-descriptive scope. The study revealed the existence of labor conflicts due to non-compliance with severance payments for voluntary resignations, termination indemnities, inequities in the allocation of retirement payments, and failure to pay them to employees. These issues have led to an increase in legal claims due to a lack of information, administrative inefficiencies, and time constraints in decision-making processes. It is concluded that the lack of application of current labor regulations contributes to labor conflicts, making it necessary to propose a reform of the Labor Code.
