Sažetak:The present research work called THE PICTOAPPLICATIONS FOR THE TREATMENT OF FUNCTIONAL DISLALS IN CHILDREN OF 5 AND 6 YEARS, WHO ATTEND THE PREPARATORY LEVEL IN THE SCHOOL OF BASIC EDUCATION MIGUEL RIOFRIO OF THE CITY OF LOJA, ACADEMIC PERIOD 2018 – 2019, As a general objective to identify how pictoapplications help the treatment of functional dyslalias in children 5 and 6 years. For its effect, the methods were used: experimental, deductiveinductive, descriptive and analytical-synthetic. The instruments applied to the investigated population correspond to: a survey directed to three teachers of the educational institution, to diagnose the knowledge regarding the management of functional dyslalias and the Phonetic-Phonological Test administered to 19 children, which allowed us to obtain that 63% of infants presented errors omission, substitution and distortion of direct syllables, 74% in inverse syllables, 84% in compound syllables and, 37% in diphthongs.The purpose of solving the problems detected, an activity guide based on pictoapplications called “With technology and my friends, talking is fun” was developed and executed, with which significant changes were achieved in children, which are presented below: 16% have errors in direct syllables, 21 % in inverse syllables, 32% in compound syllables, as regards diphthongs all children managed to overcome the error in their pronunciation. The results, it is concluded that the use of pictoapplications help to improve and overcome joint problems. Therefore, it is recommended that this guide be used in a planned and sequential manner by tracking the progress that the child is acquiring to obtain significant results, while learning and enjoying using these innovative tools.
