PROYECTO DE INVERSIÓN PARA LA CREACIÓN DE UNA EMPRESA COTURNICOLA, PARA LA PRODUCCIÓN Y COMERCIALIZACIÓN DE CARNE Y HUEVOS DE CODORNIZ, EN LA CIUDAD DE LOJA

The main purpose of this research work it was to develop an investment project for the implementation of a Coturnicola Company for the production and marketing of meat and quail eggs, in the city of Loja. Specific objectives have, developing market research, develop a marketing plan, conduct technical study, administrative-legal study and finally preparing the financial study of the project. The Market Study, it began with data collection through conducting surveys, the entire urban population of the city of Loja and also it served to determine the potential demand, the actual demand and effective demand and therefore know what was the supply and unmet demand which took the project. Marketing Plan is then further processed which it served to make the products have greater acceptance in the town, such as meat and quail eggs and once he established substitute products, in this case were the eggs and poultry meat indirectly affecting profitability. Technical Study on the location of the project was, where capacity utilization is taken as the project 10% of the installed capacity, it was taken as the basis for production 12000. 6000 quail which were for meat and egg production remaining. In project engineering, all materials, tools and machinery were necessary and indispensable determined to maintain constant production and that was in line with the implementation and management of the company. Within the Management Study - Legal, The Company was created with the name of Quail Farm "Virgen del Cisne" Cia. Ltd; whose constitution was based on the law of 5 companies following all the steps mentioned, also it took into account the regulations for poultry companies, and operating good manufacturing practices. Finally, the financial study, where the value of the investment is established that it was $ 101,514.73. Besides financial indicators set which they were the VAN to $ 83,666.24 with 39.75% TIR, RBC $ 1.44 cents. PRC is 2 years 09 months and 0 days, in the sensitivity analysis it was determined that the project supports increased costs up to 15.0543% and a decrease in their incomes up to 9.9505% and finally the balance point of the first and fifth year with percentages of 39.9% and 20.84% respectively was obtained. The whole process of these studies was conducted based on inductive, deductive, analytical, mathematical and statistical methods, besides observing techniques, bibliography and surveys were used. Knowing the above background was concluded that the project was an innovative and profitable as this helped the development and growth of the population of the city promoting entrepreneurship in people without steady work and improves the quality of life for families.
