The development of this research work on the theme: IMPLEMENTATION OF ACCOUNTING IN COMMERCIAL "HARDWARE STORE CUEVA HASTORCU CIA. LTDA. "Yantzaza CANTON, province of Zamora Chinchipe, PERIOD APRIL 2015, was conducted as a prerequisite for graduation and essential culmination of the career Accounting and Auditing and professional title. This research allows capturing all acquired during the life of the university researcher and evident in each of the set of notions developed this project with the firm intention to discern the correct application of the rules, laws and regulations governing knowledge accounting activity. In compliance with the goals we proceeded to develop the Plan and Manual of accounts according to the needs of the company and then apply the system of permanent account and to develop the accounting process to obtain financial statements. Finally, it is concluded that the application of the accounting process in the Company HARDWARE STORE CUEVA HASTORCU CIA. LTDA which allowed us to know in detail the resources, rights and obligations are there and shows the net income obtained during the period, putting in consideration the results to their shareholders to the most accepted decisions.
