סיכום:This research has proposed general objective: To determine the investment required for the implementation of a branch of the fashion house Karen Pamela city of Manta in the town of Loja. For the realization and implementation of this research some materials and supplies and office equipment took, some methods as also used: the deductive method used to describe and analyze the general concepts of the company and the inductive method served role in the implementation of surveys base, which threw the same information that allowed me to identify the tastes and preferences of women object of this study, useful to structure the market research information are; within the technical survey, a representative sample of 398 women in the ages between 15 and 59 years in the city of Loja was applied to determine the acceptance of this market study and an interview with the two existing bidders to sound the existing supply. As for the results of market research, in respect of the potential demand 95% acquires suits designed to measure. He could also identify the types of suits more preferably in the purchase by women are: A wedding dresses with 27%, the gowns 26%, third casual suits with 20% and to a lesser preference Gala costumes. The annual per capita average of dresses for women is four per year. Likewise, 46% of women prefer dresses designed by a professional designer or fashion house. In market research established that there is an unmet demand for 91,792 units in suits for women the first year, then the marketing plan, where the price, place and advertising company that will use the determined set. The average price they are willing to pay for each dress in this new fashion company is $ 422.42. In the technical study the size and location of the plant, the same as the installed in the city center at 10 August between Sucre and Bolivar (diagonal to Aunt stores) is detailed. Considering it strategic for this type of business. On the administrative and legal study of the company will maintain a vertical organization with its own manual functions and the respective hierarchical levels. Finally, conclusions and recommendations which was reached after completion of this feasibility study and the literature consulted with their respective annexes attached are determined
