Beskrivelse
Summary:The current Curricular Integration Work, called "Emancipatory Evaluation of Teleworking in the Provincial Decentralized Autonomous Governments of Loja and Zamora Chinchipe during the period 2020-2022," allowed public workers of these governments to play a fundamental role in the evaluation of teleworking policy. The emancipatory approach gave them the responsibility to determine the aspects to be evaluated and how to carry out the evaluation, avoiding the possible influence of managers in obtaining biased results in favor of the implementation of the policy. For the study, deductive and analytical methods were applied, focused on a qualitative approach, using an exploratory-descriptive design that included the application of surveys and documentary review. The survey answered by the public servants included 34 questions. The study identified normative instruments of teleworking as essential tools to establish a clear framework of reference in society. In addition, a detailed understanding and characterization of the public workers who were willing to be involved in the emancipatory evaluation of teleworking was obtained. They played an active role in determining the aspects they considered relevant to evaluate about teleworking policy. Finally, this process allowed the analysis of the results obtained through the evaluation carried out by the public servants. The results were assessed from the viewpoints of families, work, personal life, and society, which allowed for a thorough evaluation of both the good and bad effects of implementing teleworking.
