Through this research, literature review, methods and materials, results, discussions, conclusions and recommendations. We did a compilation of detailed information of each one the necessary theoretical contents for the development of this research woek, later we planned on adequate desing in based of the math models, as the saine as we asked suggestions to professionals abont the principles and building of pirotubulares caulders. Designed all the constituent parts of the cauldron, made its construction and performance testing. Sheet was developed components of the boiler in the AUTOCAD software, and finally checked with the machine operating the proposed parameters, thus we conclude our thesis project. |

Sheet was developed components of the boiler in the AUTOCAD software, and finally checked with the machine operating the proposed parameters, thus we conclude our thesis project.Nuestro proyecto de investigación tiene como objetivo principal diseñar y construir un caldero, el cual nos permitirá observar los procesos de transformación de la energía calorífica mediante la combustión del diesel para la generación de vapor, el cual nos asentirá aplicar nuestros conocimientos y desarrollar habilidades y destrezas, en sistemas de generación de vapor. Por medio de la investigación, revisión de literatura, métodos y materiales, resultados, discusión, conclusiones y recomendaciones. Se realizó una compilación de información detallada, de cada uno de los contenidos teóricos necesarios para el desarrollo de ésta investigación; posteriormente se planteó el diseño adecuado en base a los modelos matemáticos, así mismo se auscultó sugerencias de profesionales sobre los principios y construcción de calderas pirotubulares. Diseñado todas las partes constitutivas del caldero, se realizó la construcción del mismo y se efectuó pruebas de funcionamiento.
